If you are looking for a " Home away from Home " in India's premier Hillstation of Nainital then you don't have to look beyond. Our Homestay has Two Floors which are divided into 2 separate apartments. On a booking of upto 6 people we give a single apartment. For a Booking of more than 6 people, guests can enjoy the entire cottage. My place offers 4 Bedrooms plus 2 Sofa cum beds and can comfortably accommodate upto 12 people and more with mattresses within a cosy wooden ambience. We offer Superfast Airtel FIBRE WIFI 300 Mbps for "WORK FROM HOME". The rooftop offers panoramic view of the mountains. The place has a total of 4 Bedrooms and 2 Sofa cum Beds in the living area. There is a caretaker (NEERAJ) who will always be there at your service. He can prepare basic meals, do all the cooking and cleaning for a nominal fee. The wooden interiors and the cosy atmosphere make the place unique. 1) It is situated on the Main road which goes from the High Court towards the Mall road of Nainital. 2) Four bedrooms with double beds plus Two Sofa cum double beds. 3) Three clean and hygienic bathrooms plus one small toilet (Hot Water available at all times). 4) Spacious living space (Chilling area) facing luscious green mountains. 5) Private Balcony 6) High Speed WiFi Internet 7) Smart TV (Netflix, Prime Video, Hotstar, YouTube etc) 8) Fully equipped spacious Kitchen 9) Induction 10) Cookware plus utensils 11) Accommodation for 12 plus more with mattresses. 12) Charging points near beds and sofas. 13) Portable Heater and Table Fans. 14) Groceries and Vegetables available within 50 mtrs . 15) Refrigerator 16) Rooftop with panoramic views of the hills. The guests have access to all the spaces. We open the rooms as per the number of people booked for. Guests are more than welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen for cooking their own meals. We also have a caretaker, Neeraj who lives at the property and will help the guests check in and get familiar with the cottage. You can also hire his services to cook meals, do the cleaning, wash the dishes for a nominal Rs 400/- day charge payable directly to him. He will get the groceries and that would be payable by the Guests. Breakfast is NOT included in the price. However, Neeraj's cooking and cleaning services can be hired for a nominal charge of Rs 400/ day for upto 5 guests. If the number of guests is more than 5 then the charges will be Rs 100 per additional person per day, (i.e 6 guests = Rs 500/day; 9 guests = Rs 800/day) He will arrange and cook whatever you'd like. The cooking services are arranged in the same way as your own cook and kitchen at home. This is non negotiable since he'll work very hard to provide you with all you need. The money is to be paid directly to him. I will be open to any assistance throughout their stay. The Boat house club is a great place to visit. There are many good restaurants situated at the Mall Road and if you like Chinese then the Tibetan Market offers a lot to serve your taste buds. The best part is that all the places to chill are very close by so you can park your car and take a walk around town enjoying the magnificence of this beautiful hill station. There is parking available which can accommodate two cars. Cabs are easily available but it is best to leave the car at the parking and take a walk around town. All the major tourist attractions are a short walk away. Nainital offers many tourist attractions.
