We cooperate with a couple who have a 44 Foot Beneteau docked right outside the flat and they offer various sailing excursions. The Marina is all public access as well as the Beach. The flat itself has a 270-degree, wrap-around veranda that is 100 square meters and is equipped with sunbeds, dining facilities, Bar B Que, and an outdoor shower. Tanya knows all the best shops for everything in Cyprus. I’m more of a food guy and can recommend mainstream restaurants like steak houses and local hot spots. Zygi is a small fishing village on the sea with many restaurants. The beach is a 1-minute walk from the flat. Neighboring Limassol is 10 minutes away by car and there is a daily bus service also available from Zygi to Limassol. Zygi is located at the western edge of the Larnaca district close to Limassol (see map). The flat itself is right above the Marina and 100 meters from the beach. There is a bus from Zygi to Limassol however it is not frequent and as Zygi is only 10 minutes from Limassol we strongly recommend a rental car which is best suited to explore the island. There are taxis available at the airport and services like Travel Express which provide small group taxis at lower rates. There is a 22-page comprehensive guidebook in the flat detailing many things to do, places to visit, and restaurants we recommend. We now offer 2 kayaks and a paddleboard for the guest's exclusive use. There are 2 Adult Bikes and 2 brand new (2023) Kid's bikes. Various beach "toys" are also available onsite all for the guest's exclusive use.
