Public space: the rocks in front of the property on the ocean edge is public land so expect some passer by's. There is also a walk thoroughfare on the left side of the house through the tree's often used by surfers. Pets: although the property is pet friendly, the back garden is not secured. Pet's will be able to run onto the rocks so it's important that accompanying pets are well trained in recall. There is a house being constructed on the right side of the property. Most of the actual construction has been completed. The driveway is shared with small construction vehicles at this point but they are very accommodating and mindful of guests!
