Uber or Ola is the way to go to get around in udaipur. Uber is consistently cheaper than a tuk-tuk and will almost always be a much more pleasant ride. "Within the City" - A tuk-tuk will usually cost around ₹50, and should never cost more than ₹200. You'll need a taxi or autorickshaw / tuk-tuk is necessary to reach most of the tourist places and it can be arranged easily.
