This family friendly property is right on the Kahandamodara beach just 30 metres away from the villa with direct access to the beach from the villa gardens. The villa has three large bedrooms all over 40 sqm with ensuite, air conditioners, ceiling fans, hot water, separate shower cubicles, bidet and a bath tub. The family suite can take up to 4 persons, ideally a family. The villa has an inner courtyard, an entertainment and games room and a visitors wash room. Two rooms and the lounge and dining areas have a magnificent view of the pool and ocean. Set on one acre of beautiful beachfront land, the gardens with lawn, the outdoor wood fired BBQ and cabana and tropical flower plants is the ideal spot for a family or small group of friends to relax and pass away the cares of the world. The villa has an excellent chef who produces both western and local meals as well as light lunches and dinners, kids meals and snacks. The out door BBQ is available for guests to use with help from our staff. We do not sell liquor but guests are permitted to bring their own supplies for consumption at the villa. The villa is within close proximity to the largest and best two game reserves in the country, namely Yala and UdaWalawe where herd of elephant, deer, leopard, wild boar, crocodiles and bear can be sighted. Day trips are arranged to these game reserves, the hill town of Ella with its rolling hills and tea plantations , the dolphin and whale watching sites, the UNESCO listed Heritage City of Galle and the international golf resort which is a 15 minute drive.
