Each room is air-conditioned and has a king-sized bed and a large attached toilet with comfortable showers. There is hot water on tap in each room. There is a flat screen TV with cable access and the space you need to be yourself and even to lose yourself. The villa is tastefully decorated with works of art and an eclectic collection of diverse objet d’art. The styling too is unique and reflects the personality of the owners. A large roof terrace on the 3rd floor provides an uninterrupted view of the large expanse of the Negombo lagoon. You can also observe aircrafts taking off and landing. In the night this terrace becomes a delightful space for pre-dinner drinks or post dinner festivities. It’s a beautiful space to dance, swirl and loose oneself.

Ashen’s Beach House is a beachfront villa with 4 air conditioned bedrooms with all the other facilities any traveler looking for. The property situated in Boossa , between Hikkaduwa and Galle which are big tourist attractions. Very close to Rillamba surf point and famous Hikkaduwa and Unawatuna beaches. The villa is within close proximity to the largest and best two game reserves in the country, namely Yala and UdaWalawe where herd of elephant, deer, leopard, wild boar, crocodiles and bear can be sighted. Day trips are arranged to these game reserves, the hill town of Ella with its rolling hills and tea plantations , the dolphin and whale watching sites, the UNESCO listed Heritage City of Galle and the international golf resort which is a 15 minute drive.
