Πρώτον το σπίτι έχει άπλετο χώρο για πάρκινγκ . Είναι μονοκατοικία . Η πόλη απέχει μόλις 5 λεπτά . Υπάρχει τζάκι και έξω υπάρχει μια μεγάλη αυλή που έχει bar-beque. Eπίσης το καλοκαίρι κρατάει αρκετά δροσερό .
