This place is really about calm and secluded holidays. Empty beach in 50meters, surrounded by nature, full see view with that perfect sound of waves. It’s very easy to call uber/grab and to get to the center in 7-10 minutes for the price of $1 US. The resort is new built and all the neighbors are prosperous and respectful. Security guards are attentive, although don’t speak English. The beach is only few steps away. You can swim or walk along the sea for several kms both ways, the sand is good. There’s one swimming pools walking distance and fee for using them. No parties, no loud music around, only sun/moon, sea and some refreshing wind :)

So if you go out, please put the lock inside so they always think you're home and give you a way to get in. 3. NO BUGS, MOSQUITOS in the house. However, for such a tropical climate in Danang, you sometimes see mosquitos outside from the gardens and surrounding green areas or cockroaches are flying (they are especially attracted by the light). They might come into the bedrooms if you open the doors/windows. Don’t forget to CLOSE the doors/windows carefully when you use the laundry room, go out balcony, or go out to prevent mosquitos coming into the bedrooms. BUG REPELLENT is provided in the cabinet but it never hurts to bring your own. The mosquitoes really do not get that bad but their presence increases after a hard rain especially in rainy season and the twilight hours. You should also clean after yoursef with foods you bring into the house. Make sure that you don’t bring them into your bedrooms. We do not expect to see ants here, right? 4. NO SPICES available in the kitchen for its cleanliness. If you plan on cooking please kindly buy them from the nearest supermarket and clean after yourself. 5. WATER PRESSURE: is very strong which results in mixing hot water and cold water unsteadily because of the water pumper or else the water pressure will be too weak to take a shower. We use solar energy, so initially, you have to wait a short time for hot water 7. TV: NO TV in all bedrooms. The only TV in the living room and the kitchen room 8. SAFETY. The house is located on a quiet street with the house on the right is a local house, on the left is an apartment for rent, in front is a large hotel being completed with guard 24/7.
