This lovely character house is opposite the beach in Oriental Parade. You will enjoy the sunlight from sunrise to sunset. It has beautiful harbour view. You can breath pure fresh air by the sea. It is opposite to swimming pool, playground and tugboat cafe. You can walk to museum in few minutes. We have limit space for 1 night accomodation. Please request. It has 2 large bedrooms. One bedroom face to beach and has beautiful seaview. It has a comfortable queen size beds. The lounge has leather couch which can open for double bed. we love this because... Our first search when looking for a holiday house is "water view". So we love that it is positioned right on the ocean. In summer we simply walk across the road to the beautiful beach with shallow blue water and white, white sand. Its perfect for our kids to play safely all day long. In winter we take walks along the beach when the sea takes on a wilder appearance and Paddington our four-legged friend is allowed to walk and run. The house is a townhouse and was great for our family and we shared with another family. There is a small cottage (Shoreline Hideaway) at the rear of the property that is completely separate and you can book it with the house or it is available to other guests. So you need to leave the driveway clear but other than that everyone has their own private space. The foreshore on this part of the Mornington Peninsula has the best beaches and we walk in either direction and take in the spectacular views of Port Phillip Bay along the Bay Trail. Our favourite spots are the upstairs lounge where we snuggle up with a book and a glass of wine in front of the gas fire in winter and watch the weather change across the bay. In summer the balcony is the perfect spot to sit and watch the beachgoers. Everyone loves the outdoor heated spa. It does only seat 4 at a time so for larger groups...get in line. we love this because... Mills Beach House is the perfect location for the most relaxing indulgent holiday! A house of pure glass overlooking the ocean where we sit on the balcony and watch the yachts go by with the city lights in the distance. In the afternoon we cross the road to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Peninsula. Mills Beach is perfect for swimming and is family friendly. A late afternoon game of tennis with the family and then a short walk to the Main Street in Mornington for dinner at any one of the many cafes and restaurants. Perfect! PAWfect What fun! a new house to visit that lets four-legged friends like me sleep inside. There is no garden but Royal Beach is only a 10 min walk away where I can play in the water all day. There is lots a perfect verandah for anytime to keep me out of the weather. I LOVE THIS PLACE.

We love this because... Remember those old school type summer holidays that included backyard cricket and long days on the beach. Bay Lyf reminds us of better days, simpler days when things were less complicated. We adore the original beach house with its maze of rooms but the interiors are so up to date and oozing layers of style. We walk across the road to the white Sandy beaches of Rye and Tootgarook and spend all our summer days swimming and sunbaking. If we are feeling energetic we take the Bay Trail walk in either direction and end up at either Rye or Rosebud. In the summer the funfair is on to entertain the kids in one location and the circus in the other. Perfect. Our favorite spot for coffee and breakfast is only a 2-minute walk away at The Kitchen and for something special we always choose Veraison Restaurant which is only a 5-minute walk.
