Spacious front line 2 bed/2 bath (max 4+1 child) beach house on two floors with large private terraces. Wide uninterrupted views over clear Mediterranean seas to Africa. Just a few metres from the beach. Mature manicured lawned gardens with palm trees and pretty flower borders. Two big communal pools. Gate out to coastal path directly alongside the beach. Private with own front door within secure gated community with parking. UK TV, Wifi, aircon/heating. Beach restaurants in walking distance Imagine opening the front, looking through the length of the house, and seeing the sea through the sliding glass doors of the sitting-room or watching the gentle waves rolling in from the comfort of you bed? This is what makes this house so special. Bright and light with well proportioned rooms and modern bathrooms on each floor makes for a perfect seaside retreat. Our caretaker Matt lives a few doors away and we, the owners, an hour's drive inland. Cycle or walk everywhere along the 'senda litoral' (coastal path) visiting the pretty old town of Estepona in one direction or the bustling, vibrant marina of Puerto de la Duquesa the other. 14 kms Inland is the stunning Moorish Town of Casares with its 12th century castle and cliff-hugging buildings. There's a choice of many local golf courses including local Finca Cortesin or the world famous Valderamma just a short 20 minute drive away. There are a nearby restaurants on the beach within walkable distance and plenty of international options a short drive away. Malaga Airport is under an hour away with the Gibraltar option just 40 minutes by car. Marbella and exclusive Puerto Banus can be reached within 20 minutes. A car is recommended although there is a local bus service with bus stop 500 metres from the house. The L77 route can take you to Marbella or up into Casares with a total of 31 stops in between. The almost completed coastal path which is accessed from the urbanisation (50 metres from the house) is a lovely route spanning 184 kms from Manilva all the way to Nerja.
