Vaikom Villa is an old house built in the traditional Kerala style .It is located on the banks of the Ithipuzha River, a tributary of the Vembanad Lake, in the village of Akkarappadam in the famous Vaikom destination of Kerala, South India. 2 acres of land with a beautiful atmosphere of many fruit trees such as mango jackfruit tree Rose apple tree (chamba Maram)and sapota etc.. The villa, which has been renovated with more amenities for tourists, has 4 large bedrooms, a spacious living area, kitchen and work area, and a spacious portico, with a spacious courtyard and clear water streams, which join the Ithipuzha River. Akkarappadam is a remote inland Keralite village with a good percentage of people engaged in fishing, coir making, black clam shell fishing. Walking through the village roads and traveling by bicycle and autorickshaw is a different experience
Pullockarans Lake House
PULLOCKARAN’S LAKE HOUSE, situated in Poothotta. It’s about 16 kms from Ernakulam on the banks of the vembanad lake. It’ll be through boat we’ll be going to the villa, it’s a 15-20 minutes beautiful boat ride which will be free of cost. It comes with a great view. The villa can easily accommodate 8 pax. there are two 5 star category bedrooms with 2 beds and a bathroom in each room. There’s also an additional bathroom. We provide boating facility and Also there’s a magical lake 10 minutes away from our villa, it’s an elevated region where the water level is upto 4 ft so you can get in water, swim and have fun.
