Reimbursement will be claimed for any damages caused. 3. Excessive drinking is not allowed in our property. Reimbursement will be demanded for any lost or damaged item. 4. Smoking, drug use, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited. 5. No parties allowed in our place. 6. Cooking is not allowed in the property. No durians inside the house. 7. The maximum number of guests allowed in the property is 12. If we found that the number of guests exceeds this limit, the host reserves the right to reject the stay, and no refund will be provided. Early check-in or late check-out has to be requested in advance, subject to availability. We charge RM50 per hour as we need to arrange more housekeepers to finish cleaning by 3pm before the next guests check in.
