We have provided basic amenities including fresh towel, bathroom supplies for free ( drinks and snacks we asking for small charges) Feel free snack on anything in our refrigerator and enjoy refreshment. If you need to do any laundry you have full access to our washer and dryer you can also use ironing machine you can use also our gas stove to cook your food or to heat your food and it fully air-conditioned house we also have private swimming pool. You can also enjoy watching in netflix 24/7 and play sony Ps4 with surround speaker with fiber internet up to 50mbps. Our community is very quiet and we have a close relationship with our neighbors. We ask that you respect our neighbors privacy and monitor noise levels during the night time. Our house is also non-smoking environment. Must visit to appreciate the place.

The DPark villa has 4 bedrooms with 4 private bathrooms, a big swimming pool, a garden, indoor kitchen and a bar. You can walk for 5 minutes outside the villa and you can reach the Fontana Water Park and another 5 minutes to reach the different restaurants and cafes inside Fontana Hotel. Villa can accommodate up to 12 persons. The DPark Villa has its own car port with roof. Just 10 minutes away from the Clark Airport and 15 minutes away from SM Clark.

Located at the heart of Angeles city at Kandi complex. The complex is a few minutes walk from Fields avenue, SM Clark, 15 minutes drive to Clark Airport. With many amenities inside the complex areas, like several swimming pools and Jacuzzi, 2 very well-equipped gyms, restaurants, bars, pool tables, convenience store, etc. Safe gated community with 24hrs armed security guards.ce High speed internet upto 300Mbps. TV with international channels, USA, Korean, Europe countries, etc sports, news... Self check in. High speed fiber internet upto 300Mbps The apartment is one of the largest units available in Kandi, it is very well furnished, has 2 very large bedrooms with king size beds, the bedsheets provided are hotel quality, assuring an excellent comfort and rest. There are split A/C and tv in each bedroom and in the living room with cable tv channels. The 55 inches tv in the living room also includes free Netflix. Safety deposit box are available in each bedroom. High speed Wifi internet is available in the apartment and all public spaces, like pools, bars, etc. The kitchen is equipped with vitroceramic stove, electric oven, microwave oven, water kettle, fridge, as well as some kitchen utensils for cooking. There is hot and cold water in the showers and in the kitchen. Free of charge daily cleaning and housekeeping is included from 10:00 to 17:00, maids need to be daily informed in time or key can be left with security guard with instructions for cleaning the unit. Please hung the housekeeping hotel sign in the door. We encourage the use of the service to keep the unit clean and tidy. Changing of bedding and towels are not included . Laundry pick up service is available in the condominium at reasonable prices, fast laundry shops are withing walking distance for your convenience. Self check in. Please note that you are NOT allowed to approach the condo reception, remember that you booked thru agoda, not thru them, and therefore for any problem you need to contact me, if necessary I will contact the condominium to solve the problem. This is a very important rule to be strictly followed to avoid any missunderstandings and possible extra charges. I live about 1 hour from the place and I am available for any problem, just give me a call. Speak English, Tagalog, Spanish, Portuguese,a bit of French and a bit of Italian. This a very quite neighborhood. Is part of Kandi complex. Within walking distance to Fields, walking street, SM Mall, Banks, Restaurants, Bars, etc You are at walking distance to Fields avenue, Walking street and SM Clark. Trikes and Jeepneys are available just ask the security guards they will call a trike for you. RULES Free daily house cleaning is provided, but you need to ask for this service directly to the maids or thru the security guard, we encourage our guests to use this free service. Cleaning of linen is not included, if your stay is longer than 4 days I will provide additional 6 towels, if your stay is 7 days or longer I will provide a second set of bedsheets. Laundry shops in the vicinity will wash and dry your clothes in about 3 hours. During your STAY, you can also request additional towels and sheets for a small fee to cover laundry expenses. Please contact me in the agoda app for requests. Due to high prices of electricity I will appreciate a conscious use of aircons. always switch off ACs and lights when leaving the apartment. Pools, gyms an other amenities are free for the use of guests.
