We are located on the second cleanest beach in Denmark with unobstructed ocean views from the living room and bedroom. This charming cottage is a piece of Nyborg's history. It was designed by a famous Danish architect named August Kolding in the 1930's. We are located within walking distance to one of the nicest golf courses in Denmark and just down the street you will find a fitness center and local swimming pool where there is tennis and other activities. We are in the middle of Denmark, so it is easy to access the rest of Denmark from Nyborg. Public transportation is so easy since we have both the train station and local buses that can get you to where you want to be in Denmark. Please be aware that since we are so conveniently located, depending on which way the wind is blowing, there is a bit of noise from the highway when you are outside. The traffic quickly becomes white noise but you cannot hear it within the house or apartments. The charm and the history as well as the stunning views more than make up for the little amount of road noise you can hear. If you are very sensitive and prefer a more remote and private location, then perhaps this isn't the right place for you.

Unser WELL-Hausboot hatte im Sommer 2017 seinen Stapellauf. Seinen festen Liegeplatz hat es seitdem in der Marina Minde, einem gemütlichen kleinen Hafen im südöstlichen Dänemark. Wenn du hier vor Anker gehst, kannst du es dir auf rund 40 qm Wohnfläche gut gehen lassen – oder bei schönem Wetter die Sonne auf einer der drei Terrassen genießen. Auch an kühleren Tagen wird dir dank eingebauter Heizung warm ums Herz, so dass unser Hausboot das ganze Jahr über buchbar ist. Soweit die Fakten, doch was erwartet dich noch? Hygge pur! Denn bei der Ausstattung haben wir besonders viel Wert daraufgelegt, das stilbewusste Lebensgefühl Skandinaviens an Bord zu holen. Helle Farben, viel Holz und klare Formen laden zum „WELL being“ ein. Und falls du Besuch bekommst oder mit der ganzen Familie bei uns anlandest, steht ein 2-Personen-Schlafsofa zusätzlich bereit, um es euch mit mehr als zwei Personen an Deck bequem zu machen. Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer, Terrassen und die Ostsee Während des Aufenhalts ist das Hafenbüro Dein Ansprechpartner. Ahøj bei WELL! … und in der Marina Minde! Der malerische Hafen mit seinem kleinen Badestrand ist urdänisch und dennoch nur einen Steinwurf von der Grenze zu Deutschland und der lebendigen Fördestadt Flensburg entfernt. Diese eignet sich übrigens perfekt als Zwischenstopp, um sich für die Zeit an Bord zu bevorraten. In Grenzmärkten, wie dem Scandinavian Park, findest du viele skandinavische Leckereien und eine gute Auswahl an Getränken, Wein und Spirituosen. Packt dich der Hunger vor Ort, kannst du dich im Restaurant Vearftet oder im Imbiss Vearftetgrill stärken. Auch die kleine Boutique und der Hafenshop (mit gebührenpflichtiger Waschmöglichkeit) sind einen Besuch wert. Unternehmungslustig? Гостевой дом “Slava-look house” ,, находится в маленькой рыбацкой деревне,тихой гавани в Langø, в 200 метрах до моря и 4 км до лучшего пляжа в Лолландии Альбуен. В Ланго можно совершить длинную прогулку на велосипе, увидеть восхитительный вид на Наксков фьерд , совершить прогулку на катере по морю. В Ланго есть причал для лодок ( место резевируй заранее) и место для рыбалки. О доме - Это уютный 2х этажный дом с 4 спальнями , с 1 гостиной, с 1 комнатой для отдыха, с 1 кухней и 1ванной комнатой и туалетом..В доме 8 спальных мест плюс кроватка для грудного ребёнка. В доме найдётся место и для любимого животного. В стоимость проживания в доме входит: Чистое постельное белье, Гель для душа ,шампунь, туалетная бумага, Чистые полотенца, Чай, кофе,сахар, соль,оливковое масло. Кухонные полотенца,губки для посуды,моющие средства. В доме есть 2 телевизора,бесплатный вайфай,настольные игры,стиральная машина и сушилка для белья, холодильник и морозильная камера,микроволновка и духовка для выпечки,кофемашина, чайник, тостер, кастрюли ,комплект посуды на 12 персон. There is a very large living / dining / living room as well as a larger cottage kitchen with kitchen island and a large bathroom, both with underfloor heating. In addition, there are also two large and very spacious bedrooms. In the living room there is also a dedicated workspace. It is also possible to convert the 2 poufs into 2 very comfortable guest beds in the living room if extra beds are needed. The cottage is also well insulated and creates a nice indoor climate regardless of the season. The primary heat source is the heat pump (AC), while the wood-burning stove also adds warmth, and most importantly, cosiness. Outside there is 100 m2 of sun-facing wooden terrace with plenty of comfortable garden furniture and a large veranda with a dining table where you can sit outside and eat and do BBQ. Garden is also spacious and suitable for garden games. There is a private and new two-room outdoor sauna in the garden. It is easy to get to the summerhouse and parking is free. There is a garage with space for 2 cars, plus additional 2 car parking spaces for guests next to the garage. If you need any arriving or driving instructions pls do let us know. When you go to the beach you can easily walk there and there are 2 sets of inflatable SUP paddleboards with life jackets (required), which you can easily take with you to the fjord. Dalby Huse has an extremely child-friendly beach and with a new and regularly cleaned public toilet available. Outside the Summer season the place is also very popular and recommended for Kite surfing. Neighborhood is very tranquil and quiet. Mostly summerhouses. We live within a relative short distance and if anything is needed please just call us.
