Completely immersed in nature, it enjoys a wonderful little bay of private sand: small but with splendid colors that turn from blue to green (hence the name of the complex "Conca verde"). Our house is in the first row "pieds dans l'eau" as the French say, only the squash of the waves and the song of cicadas will disturb your relaxation. Imagine yourself having lunch under the bougainvillea or sunbathing in the hammock on the terrace, close your eyes, smell the scent of the maritime pines ... aren't you already more relaxed?If that's still not enough a private heated Jacuzzi is at your exclusive disposal in the private courtyard, you can bathe at 35 degrees while admiring the sea even in the middle of winter. Small but completely renovated with all comforts, our villa is perfect for a family: you will find a living room with kitchen (with washing machine and dishwasher) with sofa bed and relaxation area, a new bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms: one double with a 180x190cm bed and one for children with 3 80x180cm beds. Next to the house you can relax on a large terrace of exclusive property and immediately below the house a private courtyard where you can play ball or let your 4-legged friends stretch out. In addition to the terrace, guests have access to a small private garden overlooking the sea where children and / or animals can play in complete freedom and safety. The "conca verde" complex is about one km from the town center and our house is right on the sea, pieds dans l'eau as the French say. Walking on the old disused railway (just below the house) you can easily reach the town on foot (600 meters along the coast) always skirting the sea and admiring splendid glimpses of nature but you will need closed shoes because the road is definitely impervious. The old railway starts from Andora and reaches Sanremo, if you want to discover hidden corners of the coast this is your paradise! If, on the other hand, you love comfort, our private beach will allow you to relax without leaving the complex while in the evening Alassio, Cervo and all the magnificent villages of the coast will be waiting for you for an aperitif or a grilled fish. Our house is an oasis of peace, let yourself be lulled by the sound of the waves and wake up to the song of the seagulls. Let your children free on the beach or in the pool, there are no dangers! And if you want an aperitif, don't worry about having to move your car to go to the town, on your return you will park in your private parking space (parking in Liguria is a nightmare :-)))
