Acquistata nel 2019, questa proprietà è stata completamente rimodernata negli interni che sono ora moderni e funzionali ma senza allontanarsi troppo dallo stile della costiera, pavimenti e rivestimenti richiamano i colori e la produzione ceramica famosa in questa zona, ma senza appesantire lo sguardo. Soggiornare a Villa Eris non vuol dire solo trascorrere del tempo in una lussuosa struttura in riva al mare ma anche riscoprire ed immergersi nella tradizione, senza rinunciare ad alcun comfort.
