Miramar Beach House is located 10 minutes from Bicheno, 40 minutes from St Helens, and a world away from neighbours, hustle and bustle. Offering total privacy within a stretch of dunes along Maclean’s Bay, Miramar is your extended family oasis – separate yet combined, private yet connected, peaceful yet adventurous. Beach, river, bush and gardens – Miramar Beach House is the ultimate family escape. Sleeping up to 13 guests, Wi-Fi, Private Beach - Guaranteed Serenity... THE HOUSE - In total, THE HOUSE sleeps 4 guests (1 family) - The main living zone is located on the top level and is an area for families to congregate - including full kitchen, open plan dining, wood fire, lounge, two living areas and two outdoor decks extending off the front and side of the living area. - The master bedroom includes walk in robe, ensuite (freestanding bath, walk-in shower, separate toilet) and private balcony - with views across the property to the ocean. - The kids retreat is located on the ground level - including games area, TV, toys, wardrobe and bunk bed (with two single beds). - A fully equipped BBQ area is located off the kids retreat with seating by the fire pits and Weber Family Q to cook up a storm. - THE HOUSE also includes two separate toilets on the upper and ground level. THE WEST WING - THE WEST WING is separate from THE HOUSE, and sleeps another four guests. - The first room has a very comfortable queen bed, kitchenette (with bar fridge, kettle and sink), wardrobe and table. - The bathroom is a jack-and-jill, so it can be accessed from both bedrooms. This has a shower, toilet and vanity. - The second bedroom has a king split bed - this can either be made up as a king bed, or split into two king single beds **Please advise at time of booking**. - Own private balcony with garden paths winding through the fully fenced yard. In total THE WEST WING sleeps an additional four guests. THE LOFT - THE LOFT is separate from THE HOUSE and THE WEST WING, and sleeps an additional six guests. - Two loft spaces (accessible by wooden ladder) make a fun space to sleep for kids and adults alike. - The left hand side loft space offers two single beds. The right hand side loft space offers one single bed. - On the main floor there is a separate bedroom with queen bed. - The bathroom offers a shower, vanity and toilet. - In the landing space downstairs there is a kitchenette and a chair. THE LOFT sleeps an additional 5 guests. In total, Miramar sleeps up to 13 guests at any one time. The property is only advertised as a complete offering, so whether you're staying as a couple or all 13 guests - you'll still have the property to yourself (just some spaces locked depending). Beach walks, river paddles, garden chasies and deck beers - Miramar is an absolute lifestyle which is a once in a lifetime experience to feel and appreciate. The property is accessed by lock box, and the code will be provided by Emily prior to check in. Nestled between Seymour and Bicheno, Miramar is located a 10 minute drive to Bicheno, and a 40 minute drive to St Helens. There are no shops in Seymour, only beautiful beaches and bushland. You will need a car to travel to Miramar, and to best enjoy the East Coast. There is mobile reception in certain parts of the house and yard. There is Wi-Fi available, however this may choose to be temperamental as well. We hope that you're busy enough enjoying the property and land - but you should be able to scroll socials of a night comfortably, or watch some Netflix. This property is rural and remote - There will be critters at certain times of year.

Beaches, dining options, national park etc are all right on your door step. Yamba is the closest large town with a Coles Supermarket, post office etc. Yamba is 5 kms away.

The show stopping verandah spans the entire front of the building. With 180 degree ocean views you can watch whales breach on their annual migration as you enjoy your morning coffee. The multiple seating and lounging options keep the space practical as well as beautiful. There is also a BBQ to cook up Yamba's famous seafood! The deck spills into the light filled open plan living and dining areas. With high ceilings, oversize comfy couches, bespoke furniture and all the frills you would expect such as wifi and TV. This is the ideal place to put your feet up and chill after a day at the beach. The kitchen has been renovated to the highest specifications. Beautiful stainless steal and hardwood benches as well as state of the art appliances create a space where any chef would be thrilled to cook. The master bedroom features a luxe king size bed, gorgeous views, robe and access to the master bath. The zen like master bath has a beautiful locally sourced hardwood vanity and handmade tiles. Bedroom 2 is generously sized and features a King sized bed and robe. There is also a work desk space. Bedrooms 3 features 3 single beds and is a great option for kids. The second, main bathroom, is also renovated and features the same spa qualities as the master with hardwood vanity and handmade tile. There is also a seperate bath and shower in this space. For your practical convenience there is a full laundry with washing machine and dryer in the penthouse. The entire Penthouse of Suncrest 5 is yours for the duration of your holiday. We are available to help with whatever needs may arise but aim to give our guests as much flexibility and privacy as possible while they enjoy their holiday. This is simply the best neighbourhood in Yamba. Literally a 1 minute walk to the ocean and beaches, its the ideal holiday location. You are right on the beach and can walk to coffee shops and restaurants however you will need a car to access the local supermarket.

You’re overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the sun is high, the whales are jumping, while dolphins play in the surf, it's time to relax. Ideally located on top of Lovers Point with views stretching from Iluka Main Beach all the way back to Pippi Beach. A leisurely stroll to cafes, wine bars, hotels and restaurants. Freshly renovated interior, timber floors, high ceilings, spacious kitchen, dining and living areas. Three decks to relax on, large fenced yard and ocean views from every aspect. This ideal Yamba Beach House has magnificent views from every angle. Sprawling over two stories with 3 decks with a large open backyard, this is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy your holiday. Upstairs features: - Three bedrooms all with built ins. Master has a king size bed, second bed has a double bed, third bedroom has a double bed. - Front and back decks. - Renovated full bathroom. - Ceiling fans in every room for your comfort. - Open plan kitchen and dining stretches over the front of the house and spills out onto the deck overlooking Lovers headland and the Pacific Ocean. - The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop and everything you need to cook up a storm whilst taking in the magnificent view. The Weber BBQ is conveniently located on the deck with easy access to the kitchen and dining area. Downstairs Features: - Large living area has a collection of dvd's, boardgames, a bookshelf full of books and a cupboard full of toys for the little ones, that all leads out onto the downstairs back deck and large yard with those same uninterrupted views of the Pacific. 52" HDTV with Apple TV, Disney+, Netflix, DVD player - Renovated full second bathroom and laundry. - Additional area with a fold out couch that can easily be converted into a 4th bedroom. You will have access to the whole house except for a small linen cupboard and garage. There is plenty of space to park two cars in the driveway and enough space on the grass median strip at the front of the house to park a vehicle and trailer. We area bespoke holiday management hosts. We give our guests total privacy but if guests need absolutly anything we are a message or call away. We are literally one minutes walk to beaches and 10 minutes walk back into town, which has cafe's, restaurants, shops, bars and a cinema. There is a small deli, butcher shop and two small supermarkets that have all the essentials. You'll find Coles on the way into town where you can stop and pick up all your groceries. We are very close to National Parks Bundjalung and Yuraygir and the mighty Clarence River. Great surf locations all around, river fishing, rock fishing and beach fishing, kayaking, bush walks, boat hire and scenic tours. We would recommend having a car to get around, there is public transport to major hubs, but to truly see all the sites and find those hidden gems, a car or 4WD is a must. There is a regular ferry service taking people between Yamba and Iluka that is a great way to spend a day. Whale season is between May - November.

Access to the property is via the Freycinet National Park on a well-maintained gravel road easily navigable with a 2WD vehicle. The retreat boasts magnificent views with absolute beach frontage and is set on 25 acres of coastal heath and dry sclerophyll forest surrounded by the ocean and national park. If seclusion and total relaxation is what you are after, then this property has it all. Silvermoon is completely off grid and eco-friendly however, has all the comforts you will expect from a property of this calibre. Wake up to whales passing by along with all the other marine life that Bicheno is famous for. Wildlife is abundant and easily observed especially sea bird species including a nesting pair of Sea Eagles. Whales are regularly seen during their annual Spring & Autumn migration to and from Antarctica. From your doorstep there are two private walking tracks to the beach which more often than not you will have completely to yourself. Enjoy, walking the beach, fishing for flathead, surfing or sunbaking right in front of your property without being disturbed. Silvermoon is completely private which makes the ideal getaway for couples to enjoy and relax. The open plan living/kitchen is so inviting with its spacious area to relax and added bonus of a wood heater to create a warm ambience on cooler days and nights. The kitchen provides all the appliances you will need when cooking with Bicheno’s famous seafood and produce. The bathroom has a modern spacious walk-in shower and there is a separate toilet. The property has one bedroom with a queen bed, so lay back and enjoy the glorious uninterrupted views of the beach and ocean from your bed. Wi-Fi internet is also available. Access to the property is via a gravel road through 6km of the Freycinet National Park in Bicheno. The road is easily accessible by a 2-wheel drive vehicle so no need to have a 4-wheel drive car. Aboriginal Heritage The property as with much of the East Coast has a long history of Aboriginal culture. As the current custodians of this property my family and I would like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of this beautiful land and we pay our respects to past and present first nation peoples. Outdoor eating areas are based around the pool, and other eating areas with garden views. Gardens surrounding the house hold many beautiful picnic spots, including two gazebos, one by the lake. Vineyard - all guests will have access to the vineyard to wander and explore. There is an island with bridge for picnics. Parking is available on the property. Please drive to the front of the House, unload your vehicle, and then park in the main car park. Parking is large and free. We will be on site and available for any enquiries, or issues. Bus services are also available to and from Moss Vale. Taxi and Uber can be arranged as well. we love this because... Our first search when looking for a holiday house is "water view". So we love that it is positioned right on the ocean. In summer we simply walk across the road to the beautiful beach with shallow blue water and white, white sand. Its perfect for our kids to play safely all day long. In winter we take walks along the beach when the sea takes on a wilder appearance and Paddington our four-legged friend is allowed to walk and run. The house is a townhouse and was great for our family and we shared with another family. There is a small cottage (Shoreline Hideaway) at the rear of the property that is completely separate and you can book it with the house or it is available to other guests. So you need to leave the driveway clear but other than that everyone has their own private space. The foreshore on this part of the Mornington Peninsula has the best beaches and we walk in either direction and take in the spectacular views of Port Phillip Bay along the Bay Trail. Our favourite spots are the upstairs lounge where we snuggle up with a book and a glass of wine in front of the gas fire in winter and watch the weather change across the bay. In summer the balcony is the perfect spot to sit and watch the beachgoers. Everyone loves the outdoor heated spa. It does only seat 4 at a time so for larger groups...get in line. IMPORTANT TO NOTE - Property is suitable for maximum of 8 adults plus additional children. PAWfect What fun! a new house to visit that lets four-legged friends like me sleep inside. Yay! a safe little courtyard at the front and back of the house and I can smell the sea. We can walk on the beach every day (depending on the time and season) and splash in the sea because of its right across the road. And there's a special basket just for me. No way! What's in there? Ooh, ooh! a treat from PAWDINKUM. I LOVE THIS PLACE.
