Sleeping 10 guests over 5 bedrooms, the property is split into two, with the main house sleeping 8 and an additional studio apartment on the ground floor (accessible by its own entrance) sleeping an additional 2 people.

There are multiple living areas to enjoy, with the first floor of the main house offering an open plan living zone with kitchen, dining area, then three separate seating areas with comfortable seating/couches to relax in. There's an additional living area in the downstairs apartment - this could be a great place for the grandparents to hide away and enjoy some quiet time from the excitable grandchildren, or perhaps a teenagers hideaway to watch Netflix and get away from the adults.

The bedrooms in the main part of the property are on the top floor, with the master bedroom enjoying beautiful views of the lake & mountains. The master has its own ensuite with bath & shower, while the three other rooms share the large tiled bathroom, also with bath & shower. There's also a bathroom with a shower downstairs for guests to use.

The main living area opens up to a large balcony, as does the master bedroom, which offers great outdoor areas looking out to the lake. To the rear of the property there is a fully-fenced garden area with a lawn for the kids to play on, as well as some outdoor chairs, an outdoor table and a BBQ.

On the bottom floor of the house there is a sauna, as well as the garage offering a table tennis table, a small pool table and a foosball table - perfect for keeping the kids entertained!

Guests have access to the whole property including the guest apartment.

We require credit card details either before you arrive or on the day of arrival. The security bond for Lakeside Road is NZ$2,000.
