It is a unique tiny house, covering just 190sqft. It is the perfect getaway spot if you want to get a way from the hustling and bustling of the city. This is DIY project located at an incredible location. It is a tiny cabin mostly covered in tinted glass. While you are inside, you get a clear view of the beach. outsiders can see you inside during day time. We are at the beginning of what will eventually become a network of exclusive tiny holiday homes situated at popular locations. Will often house volunteers who are passionate about the planet and sometimes be rented out on vacation rental sites. As we are responsible for cleaning the beach, recycling and helping kids with food, a percentage of each booking goes to our charity  • located at a stunning location with a clear view of the beach. We are mostly online and ready to attend to you By agreeing to stay at our mirror house, you understand and agree that 1- This is a prototype cabin with ongoing work, not the perfect cabin yet. Amenities like projector for the door Cinema, outdoor jacuzzi and some other minor stuffs are still missing 2Guests must notify the Property Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable. 3. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the neighborhood. 4. Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties — especially during nighttime hours 11pm — 6am and upon arrival and departure. 5. Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the agoda rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges which may be deducted from the Security Deposit; 6. Guests are allowed a maximum of 4 Visitors at any time during their stay. 7. Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded; and that Visitors are complicit with these House Rules. 8. Any additional overnight Visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process and are subject to an additional fee. 9. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Rental. 10. Any small gathering must comply with other rules set regarding Noise, the Neighborhood, and Visitor numbers. 11. Guests and any Visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out below and show consideration to neighbors and other vehicles
