You can use the balcony for smoking but make sure not to throw the cigarette butts outside the balcony. 2. Gatherings is not prohibited but please limit your noise. Loud parties is strictly not allowed. 3. Wash-off properly when coming from the beach. Changing areas and lockers are available at the Paris Beach Club. Wear proper swimming attire. 4. Minimal cooking is allowed and turn-on the exhaust fan. 5. Switch off the lights, TV and AC when not in use. Save energy. 6. Hanging of wet clothes in the balcony is not allowed. You may hang it inside the toilet. Hangers are provided. 7. While inside the unit, please take off your slippers and shoes. In line with the COVID-19 situation, the wave pool won't be offering a complimentary pass anymore as Azure will reduce the capacity to ensure everyone's protection. A charge of 250 per person per use will be implemented. It is with this reason that an advance reservation for the wave pool is needed to get a slot. It is first come first serve basis since not everyone can be accommodated. A guest must choose what time he/she will use the pool (7:00AM-12NOON or 2:00PM-7:00PM) . This is necessary to ensure the smooth flow and to make sure the minimum public and safety protocols are being observed. However, to add fun and excitement Azure is increasing the frequency of operation of the wave machine. Below is the schedule for reference. New resort - small but discreet. Set in a peaceful, location with garden setting and beach front settings. Owned & managed by a British/Filipino family. We are family entrepreneurs who try to bring quality to all we do. We offer a variety of accommodations - please see our other listings. This listing is for Kubo #2 which has a new AC. There is a relaxing and comfortable veranda in a peaceful garden setting. The kubo's each have a private, en suite bathroom, double bed with pillows and bed linen, mosquito net, lights, power sockets, curtains on the windows and a small table and draws.. The Kubo has a veranda that is large enough to sit about 6 people and has a movable table and a light. Breakfast is included and dinners are available for a reasonable cost in our restaurant, Maranna serving Arabic, Malay and International dishes. We also have a commissary selling water, beer, soft drinks and snacks. The beach bar is now open and has serves beers, and spirits, juices and so on. Guests in the Kubo accommodation are welcome to use the beach front area with its free to use BBQ area. We suggest you have evening drinks to watch the sun set or breakfast to watch the surfers and fishermen ride the waves. Don't forget to visit our beach front bar, serving cold beers, cool cocktails and warm laughter. Guests can also use our private access to the beach and the beach huts with toilet and shower and BBQ / recreation area. A spa is will open soon. We have a commissary selling drinks, cold beer, snacks etc. (like room service) We are around most of the time, from 8am - 8pm. Quiet, green near the sea and highway. Wake up to birds song and the sound of the surf. Far enough away to be peaceful but close enough to all the tourist spots . It's a five minute walk to the highway where it is very easy to find Jeepneys and buses to take you everywhere. E.G. 5 minutes to San Juan. 10 minutes to Urbiztondo. 15 minutes to San Juan City. You can also walk along the beach to these places but its takes a bit longer.

Owned and managed by a British / Filipino family. We offer different types of accommodation in our place. U1 is a luxury, beach front, duplex apartment. It's a quiet location with many expat residents. You'll wake to bird song and the sound of the waves. You can surf or kayak from our beach or relax and watch the outstanding sunsets (our photos are not photo-shopped!). The famous surfing area of Urbiztondo is a 10 minute drive away with it's international bars, restaurants, surfing tuition and noise! Guests can also use our private access to the beach and the beach huts with toilet and shower and BBQ / recreation area. We have a commissary selling drinks, cold beer, snacks etc. The Restobar serves breakfast and meals throughout the day. The beach bar offers cold beers, chill cocktails and warm laughter and sports TV. We are available most of time, 8am - 8pm. Friendly, green, peaceful so a lot of expats in the area. We are much closer to the Tagadan falls and tourist spots in Luna than other resorts but only about 10 minutes from San Juan. The highway is a 5 minute walk away and there it's easy to get buses going North (Vigan, Laoag) and South (Clark/Manila) and jeepneys to San Jan, San Fernando City and Bauang. * Tea, coffee and snacks and beers, water and soft drinks are for sale from our commissary or in the Restobar, 8am - 8pm. * Sofa beds are available in all suites. * Children: 0 - 3 years: Free if they share parents bedding's. 4 - 12 years: P390 per night if they share parents bedding's. 13 - 18 years: P.990 per night.
