Luxurious wood house near the water, fjord, and forest This charming authentic wood house is the perfect solution to relax in a peaceful and safe environment. There is a very large living / dining / living room as well as a larger cottage kitchen with kitchen island and a large bathroom, both with underfloor heating. In addition, there are also two large and very spacious bedrooms. In the living room there is also a dedicated workspace. It is also possible to convert the 2 poufs into 2 very comfortable guest beds in the living room if extra beds are needed. The cottage is also well insulated and creates a nice indoor climate regardless of the season. The primary heat source is the heat pump (AC), while the wood-burning stove also adds warmth, and most importantly, cosiness. Outside there is 100 m2 of sun-facing wooden terrace with plenty of comfortable garden furniture and a large veranda with a dining table where you can sit outside and eat and do BBQ. Garden is also spacious and suitable for garden games. There is a private and new two-room outdoor sauna in the garden. It is easy to get to the summerhouse and parking is free. There is a garage with space for 2 cars, plus additional 2 car parking spaces for guests next to the garage. If you need any arriving or driving instructions pls do let us know. When you go to the beach you can easily walk there and there are 2 sets of inflatable SUP paddleboards with life jackets (required), which you can easily take with you to the fjord. Dalby Huse has an extremely child-friendly beach and with a new and regularly cleaned public toilet available. Outside the Summer season the place is also very popular and recommended for Kite surfing. Neighborhood is very tranquil and quiet. Mostly summerhouses.
