Completa l'appartamento un bagno, con doccia in vetro, che, qualora aveste bisogno di privacy, basterà schiacciare il telecomando sul muro alla sinistra dello specchio. Degno di nota è il balconcino con affaccio diretto sul mare, ammirabile anche dal letto e dalla vasca idromassaggio: distesi, sembrerà di stare su una barca in mezzo al mare. La casa è situata nel centro di Cefalù, a poca distanza dal lungomare e dalle sue bellissime e limpide spiagge.
