This is where guests can indulge in some healthy morning exercises, or jogs. - With direct access to the beach, guests can enjoy a stroll along the sandy shores of the beach or dip their toes in the pristine waves. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery. FOOD - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - A barbecue meal can be arranged at an extra charge. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Consumption of non-vegetarian meals is allowed. - Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen and the terrace. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 7 AM to 10 PM. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for your personal staff for up to 2 people at an additional cost of Rs. 1500. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The villa entrance is from the beach, due to which the path leading up to the property may be unpleasant. - During high tides, guests may not be able to drive their cars up to the entrance of the villa. It is also recommended to not step out during high tides. - Guests may be pre-informed about the high tide timings so that they can plan their arrival before or after the tide has receded. - Guests do not have access to the terrace and kitchen. - The property is located in a secluded area. - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the 30 KVA generator can support all electronic appliances for up to 8 hours. - Mobile networks such as Airtel and Vi work fairly well here. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - This is a standalone property. - Guests are advised to be cautious of bugs, snakes, and frogs owing to the location of the property. - Guests can host parties and celebrations at the property. We have only one private unit (2 bedroom apartment) in Marina Cove Resort - Nearby Teluk Batik Beach, Marina Island Jetty (To Pulau Pangkor), Aeon Sri Manjung, Lumut Navy base. Guest are allowed to enjoy the whole two bedroom apartment with a balcony, swimming pool, beach, and volleyball court. Everyday after 3pm mostly will be available Teluk Batik Beach Beach, Hiking, Water theme park, Marina Island Children are welcome. Children can share existing bed with adults without additional charge. No extra beds available. However, we provide a simple single foldable mattress. No shoes in the house. - Please clean your own dishes. - Please respect the neighbors, we appreciate quiet time after 11pm. - No smoking indoors, however it's allowable at the balcony. - No pets under any conditions. - People other than those in guest party are not permitted to stay overnight in the property. - All of the units are privately owned.
