Acquistata nel 2019, questa proprietà è stata completamente rimodernata negli interni che sono ora moderni e funzionali ma senza allontanarsi troppo dallo stile della costiera, pavimenti e rivestimenti richiamano i colori e la produzione ceramica famosa in questa zona, ma senza appesantire lo sguardo. Soggiornare a Villa Eris non vuol dire solo trascorrere del tempo in una lussuosa struttura in riva al mare ma anche riscoprire ed immergersi nella tradizione, senza rinunciare ad alcun comfort. La struttura gode anche di ampi spazi esterni, a partire dal terrazzo principale con un ampio tavolo da pranzo, ottimo per godersi cene in famiglia o tra amici, passando poi per il solarium e le aree relax che vi accompagneranno per tutta la giornata.
