We are located on the second cleanest beach in Denmark with unobstructed ocean views from the living room and bedroom. This charming cottage is a piece of Nyborg's history. It was designed by a famous Danish architect named August Kolding in the 1930's. We are located within walking distance to one of the nicest golf courses in Denmark and just down the street you will find a fitness center and local swimming pool where there is tennis and other activities. We are in the middle of Denmark, so it is easy to access the rest of Denmark from Nyborg. Public transportation is so easy since we have both the train station and local buses that can get you to where you want to be in Denmark. Please be aware that since we are so conveniently located, depending on which way the wind is blowing, there is a bit of noise from the highway when you are outside. The traffic quickly becomes white noise but you cannot hear it within the house or apartments. The charm and the history as well as the stunning views more than make up for the little amount of road noise you can hear. If you are very sensitive and prefer a more remote and private location, then perhaps this isn't the right place for you.

The luxury 3-bedroom sea-front villa with 3-ensuite bathrooms and top floor outdoor dining terrace is located in a quiet area of Kissonerga within a short distance from local amenities such as shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The property is spacious, tastefully furnished throughout, situated only 15 meters from the Mediterranean Sea. Please note!!! The electricity fee it's included in the price. Upon entering villa, you will find the large living and dining area. The spacious living area is comfortably furnished with huge sofa, coffee table and a working fireplace. For entertainment you will find a flat screen TV with satellite TV. The dining area features dining table and seating for 6. Connected to the living and dining area you will find the well-equipped kitchen with granite worktops. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, 4 ring hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Large sliding doors lead from the living and dining area out to the patio area surrounding the swimming pool and provide undisturbed sea views. Further on the ground floor you will find guest bathroom. Moving up onto the next floor you will find the master bedroom. This double bedroom has the luxury en-suite bathroom and a private balcony where you can enjoy the amazing sea views. Two more bedrooms are located on the same floor. Double bedroom and twin's bedroom, each has own bathroom. Additionally, there is separate dressing room of this level. The villa is air conditioned throughout with units in each of the 3 bedrooms and a larger unit in the living area which can be used for both cooling and heating. Furthermore, beach and bath towels are a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes rack, cleaning stuff available at the villa. This villa has a wireless internet connection. To the front and side of the villa you will find off street parking for 2 cars. To the rear of the villa, you will find the shaded and unshaded area equipped with sun beds surrounding swimming pool. The garden table and chairs provide you the perfect opportunity to enjoy outdoor dining. The large garden area surrounds the villa and leads the way down to the sea only a few meters from the villa. All latest amenities, and within 10 minute drive to Paphos town and the beach area. The nearest small supermarket located only 5 minutes walking distance. The villa is set in a uniquely large plot, offering total privacy, peace, and tranquility to the residents. We will send check-in instructions a few days in advance before arrival. The village of Kissonerga is located about half the way between the town of Paphos and Coral Bay beach. Lying near the sea, it is surrounded by lush greenery. By choosing to stay in Kissonerga area for your holidays, you will be able to easily explore the whole area of lower Paphos (or Paphos lowlands), while the rest of Paphos region is within easy reach. What makes Kissonerga unique are its banana plantations and its archaeological sites. The archaeological sites date back to the prehistoric and the Chalcolithic periods. They are almost 9000 years old. Most of the beaches of Kissonerga are small and not well known. Kotsias beach and Potima Bay beach are both long, sandy beaches. Kotsias beach is at the beginning and Potima bay beach at the end of Kissonerga coastline. In between, there are a few small but beautiful beaches. The coastline of Kissonerga stretches to about six kilometers. Taking the Tombs of the Kings road from Kato Paphos towards Coral Bay beach, the coastline starts after Chlorakas village. The Kotsias beach is considered the boundaries between Kissonerga and the adjacent village of Chlorakas to the east (i.e. towards the town of Paphos). To the other end, the coastline of Kissonerga finishes near the Coral Bay beach. Driving a car, you will notice this when the road is next to the sea to your left. The boundaries of Kissonerga are at the point where the road starts to diverge from the coast. That is the point where Kissonerga ends. While most of the coastline is rocky, there are a few nice sandy beaches suitable for swimming. Paphos main town and Paphos Harbour area are only 10 minutes drive. Taxis are regularly available and are reasonably priced.
