La struttura si trova direttamente sul mare, su una scogliera caratterizzata da diverse piccole calette di ciottoli e scogli, al piano terra in una villetta bifamiliare con giardino pensile di proprietà esclusiva ; essendo situata in un parco privato chiuso, le calette non sono accessibili a terzi. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa, ma altresì a pochi passi dal centro, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Check in e out solo durante i weekend della settimana. La casa è dotata di due ampie camere da letto, soggiorno con TV e divano letto, cucina con lavatrice e lavastoviglie, bagno con doccia, stanzino, e zanzariere. Le due camere da letto, una ha un letto matrimoniale, mentre l'altra due singoli che all'occorrenza si possono unire e diventare matrimoniale. Nella prima i letti hanno la rete a doghe e materassi in lattice con topper in memoryfoam. Attraversando semplicemente il giardino, si accede direttamente alla spiaggetta sotto casa. Dispone di ampio patio in parte coperto, doccia esterna con acqua calda, ombrelloni e un piccolo barbecue.
