we love this because... Mills Beach House is the perfect location for the most relaxing indulgent holiday! A house of pure glass overlooking the ocean where we sit on the balcony and watch the yachts go by with the city lights in the distance. In the afternoon we cross the road to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Peninsula. Mills Beach is perfect for swimming and is family friendly. A late afternoon game of tennis with the family and then a short walk to the Main Street in Mornington for dinner at any one of the many cafes and restaurants. Perfect! PAWfect What fun! a new house to visit that lets four-legged friends like me sleep inside. There is no garden but Royal Beach is only a 10 min walk away where I can play in the water all day. There is lots a perfect verandah for anytime to keep me out of the weather. I LOVE THIS PLACE.

We love this because... Remember those old school type summer holidays that included backyard cricket and long days on the beach. Bay Lyf reminds us of better days, simpler days when things were less complicated. We adore the original beach house with its maze of rooms but the interiors are so up to date and oozing layers of style. We walk across the road to the white Sandy beaches of Rye and Tootgarook and spend all our summer days swimming and sunbaking. If we are feeling energetic we take the Bay Trail walk in either direction and end up at either Rye or Rosebud. In the summer the funfair is on to entertain the kids in one location and the circus in the other. Perfect. Our favorite spot for coffee and breakfast is only a 2-minute walk away at The Kitchen and for something special we always choose Veraison Restaurant which is only a 5-minute walk. PAWfect What fun! a new house to visit that lets (SMALL) four-legged friends like me sleep inside. Yay! a garden with tall fences to keep me safe. I love walking to the beach where I can go swimming in the ocean with all the other doggies (but only at certain times of the year). And there's a special basket just for me. No way! What's in there? There are plenty of activities around Scamander such as surfing, kayaking, swimming, fishing and skateboarding at the skate park and there is a nice walking track off from Dune Street along the beach towards south. A short drive up the road to the famous St Helens Mountain Bike Network. There is no public transport in Scamander. A local taxi service is available with limited hours.

This beautiful secluded property has un-interrupted water views spanning as far as the eye can see. The house backs onto acerage of native forest and has beautiful lawn areas to enjoy a drink or two whilst soaking in the magnificent views. If you are after a holiday house away from the hustle and bustle of the city this place is for you. The property is accessible by road. We DO NOT allow large groups of friends or parties here. Families are ok. You will have the whole property to yourself. This house is located in Spencer on Wisemans Ferry Road. There are a number of local convenience shops within a 10 minute drive from the house but I would recommend stocking up on groceries before you arrive. The house has recently been renovated with a brand new kitchen, new flooring throughout, new furniture, new paint job and new carpet. We have also installed new ducted Airconditiong throughout the property and have installed ceiling fans in each room upstairs, this will keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. There is also a fire place in the lounge room upstairs. House is fully secure and all windows lock and Spencer is a very safe area. My father & I renovated this house from scratch and due to past experiences we are no longer allowing groups of friends or parties here. If you are after a party house this property is not for you and you’ll be asked to leave ( there are other agoda properties that allow this so please find somewhere else). It's a beautiful/peaceful space and I prefer respectful guests who will take care of the property like its their own. Every guest must be put on the reservation (URL HIDDEN) The price of this property is to accomodate water usage (we are on tank wanter and its very expensive to have it filled up given where the house it). Please let me know if you require firewood and I will arrange to have it delivered and ready at the house for you (they charge $60 for a few days worth). The driveway is quite steep and can be a little rough but most cars can drive up. The property is not the Hyatt but this is why we love it and we hope you enjoy the property as much as we do.
