Sleep only 10 minutes from Otres Beach! Private guest room in a newly built Home Office with air conditioning, Twin beds, private bathroom with share outdoor balconies. Back side of a small veranda with cool trees view which grow on huge stone and a large balcony front of rooms. Rather than a hotel, stay in a Khmer neighborhood to enjoy its flavor. Our newly built Home Office is located about 5 minutes (by tuk tuk or pass app) East of Otres Beach, Natural Tourism Area and only 10 minutes Northwest of the Statue of Preah Thong Neang Neak. There are delicious restaurants near this house, travel by Pass app about 10mn around Otres Market of Otres Beach. Your private guest room has air conditioning, a double bed and its own bathroom. A comfortable place to rest after a day at the beach and a night out along the Otres beach to the Independence beach. Want to cool down? There are two beaches for swim and see sun set, Otres or Ou Chheuteal Beach within riding distance about 10mn-15mn and ordering foods or drinks from any app are food panda/ E-Gets/ Nham24 or book order fresh seafood for grill to picnic as well. Enjoy your own private room on 2nd floor with a large balcony front of bedrooms and a small veranda outside with cool view of trees grow on huge stone and shared spaces include the office ( feel free to use a computer desktop in our office ). In the office also has two air conditioning, and there is the lovely fishpond outside front right of office. We work from 8:00am - 5:00pm during weekdays (Mo-Sa) and we live in our home office, so you'll always see us anytime you can ask whatever you need. We can give you plenty of recommendations for places to go, to eat and sightseeing. An additional option would be to rent a bicycle and tent from ours, tent-$10/day (Two doors and two windows, sky blue, Number of applications:2 people+picnic mat - Fast outdoor Family Spring Tour Single Doubles, Multiplier Beach Explosion Camping Tent), and bikes-$3/day, $10/week (for a simple bike) and $5/day, $20/week (for a special bike).
