The property is located in a well-established residential area in the Fossesstua district in Narvik. From the home's balcony there is a lovely view and sun from early morning to late evening. The home has plenty of space, and here a travel group can stay under the same roof. A well-equipped kitchen and a dining table with a panoramic view means that you can enjoy good meals with a fantastic view of the Ofotfjorden. A new regional hospital is under construction 10 minutes' walk from the property. The property was partially renovated in 2022 and has 3 bedrooms with 5 beds in total. New kitchen, new AC's, new windows, refurbished living room and master bedroom. High standard. There is a bus stop right outside the apartment. Parking is in the street or in one of many parking lots one block or more from the apartment.

The house has a nice terrace where you can drink or have a meal while enjoying the gardens and the Formosa River. The House has one bedroom (with King Size Bed) and there are also two single beds in the Living Room, so this house accommodates up to four people which means that this house is perfect for a couple with 2 children. We are keeping a large pine tree next to the house. This way, the house has lots of surrounding shadows keeping it fresh because we don't like to have A/C at the house, but we supply fans. From the terrace, you can enjoy the nature of Ria Formosa-protected Natural Park. This area of the Algarve is also fresher (from 28 to 33 degrees during the summer). The gardens are available to all resort guests. It is a big garden where you can rest or read a book. We supply towels and bed linen too. The kitchen is fully equipped to make your breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine. You will have free private parking in front of the house (at 50 meters). Free internet Wifi in the house. The house is 250 meters from the Swimming Pool and tennis court. You have to walk for 3 minutes to get there. On the other hand, it is far enough to keep peace and quiet during the day (avoiding the rush of the children at the swimming pool) and during the night (avoiding the noise of the night activities at the lounge area near the pool). If you are looking for a modern, fancy place and/or with a very active nightlife, this is not the best option for you.
