The nearest one to you is a 3-minute drive away and is called "Il Tartufo". I highly recommend visiting the enchanting village of Castel di Tora and the Medieval Village of Monte Antuni. Both places are definitely worth a visit. I also recommend visiting the spectacular Fortress of Rocca Sinibalda, which is one of the most fascinating castles in Italy and a national monument. It dates back to the year 1000 and was transformed into a powerful military fortress and luxurious noble palace during the Renaissance. To reach Lake Turano, you can use various means of transportation from anywhere. • Distance from Rome: 80 km • Distance from Rieti: 20 km If you're traveling by plane, the closest airports are Ciampino and Fiumicino, located approximately one hour and twenty minutes and one hour and forty minutes away, respectively. If you prefer to drive, you can take Via Salaria, the A1, or the A24 Roma l'Aquila highways to reach the lake. For public transportation, you can take a train from Rome's Termini Station to Carsoli, which takes about one hour. From Carsoli, you can then take a bus to the surrounding areas of the lake, including the stop at "Il Tartufo" restaurant, which is the closest to our Casale. However, we recommend traveling by car or taking a taxi because there is an 800-meter dirt road to reach our location. I due posti auto offerti dalla struttura saranno molto utili Dall’abitazione è possibile raggiungere a piedi la famosa spiaggia di Torre dell’Orso e gli scogli delle 2 sorelle. In bici o in macchina invece, la grotta della poesia e le splendide falesie di Sant'Andrea, a sud del paese; la caratteristica campagna salentina, con i muretti a secco e i trulli di pietra. Inoltre, Torre dell'Orso è una buona base di partenza per raggiungere le spiagge dei laghi Alimini e Otranto, lungo la direttrice sud; la città fortificata di Acaya, il parco naturale delle Cesine e Lecce, lungo la direttrice nord.

Le spiagge vicine sono: Apani, Pennagrossa, Santasabina, Specchiolla La piscina funziona nei mesi da 1 giugno a 15 ottobre ad uso esclusivo ed è dotata di idromassaggio e nuoto forzato per puro divertimento. Inviamo manuali per il soggiorno in puglia ma soprattutto nella villa. Situata a soli 3 km da san vito dei normanni (brindisi) dove vengono organizzate concerti e sagre, a pochi chilometri da Ostuni, dall'aereoporto di brindisi. Il casolare è collegato benissimo con aeroporto, con le stazioni, con la citta Proprietà con limiti di accesso ad estranei non autorizzati, tutta la struttura compreso la piscina viene data in uso esclusivo, sistema di allarme con collegamento di pronto intervento vigilanza privata, no telecamere, esterno illuminato. La mattina presto MIO PADRE ACCEDE AL TERRENO ESTERNO CHE CIRCONDA LA VILLA PER controllare il tutto, irrigare le piante e l' orto,, ripristinare eventuali anomalie che si sono verificate, e soprattutto è un vostro grande riferimento sul posto. Appena arrivate nella villa agganciatevi al router e da quel momento per qualsiasi problema mandate messaggi o foto sul mio numero, io ci sono sempre e soprattutto risolvo i problemi insieme a voi. Siamo nella natura, cercate il relax, quindi se la tecnologia non funziona al massimo godetevi qualche ora di tranquillità!!! Quando ci allontanate dalla villa dovete inserire allarme questo vi garantisce vacanze serene. Al vostro arrivo trovate lenzuola, asciugamani e il kit arrivo (bagno schiuma e shampo per rinfrescarsi, caffe per tutti i giorni, 1 rotolo carta igienica, un pò di detersivo piatti e lavatrice) non basterà per la vacanza, quindi appena pronti andate al supermercato vicino. L' acqua della piscina viene controllata, rigenerata prima del vostro arrivo, sempre, durante il soggiorno la mattina presto fa il lavaggio con il robot. la villa è sorvegliata da vigilanza privata, dista 5 km dalla riserva naturale di spiaggia torre guaceto viene affittata ad uso esclusivo. Possibilità di coltivare l' orto e di accudire piccoli animali da cortile con l'aiuto di mio padre. Vacanza in autonomia ma se serve noi ci siamo. Qualsiasi problema mandami messaggio con foto e descrizione problema in pochi minuti risolveremo insieme, questo è il mio lavoro!!! Prima del vostro arrivo ricevete i manuali per il soggiorno perfetto in puglia, ma soprattutto nella villa. La villa è grande, impegnativa, ideale per più giorni, ma se vuoi puoi anche per una sera!!! Accesso all'intero appartamento Io abito a 1 chilometro e sono, salvo emergenze, a disposizione delle necessità degli ospiti. Marina Centro è il cuore della parte marittima di Rimini ed è direttamente adiacente al Centro Storico cui è collegata da un parco urbano che permette di non attraversare strade. Nelle immediate vicinanze tutte le zone caratteristiche, dal Grand Hotel di piazzale Fellini con la fontana dei 4 Cavalli, il Nettuno di piazzale Kennedy, L'Embassy di viale Vespucci per terminare con la zona dei locali di Rimini Porto sino alla caratteristica ruota panoramica. Supermercati in zona: a circa 100 metri c'è un AeO ottimamente fornito, mentre a circa 400 metri c'è un grande Conad con orari di apertura molto estesi e con anche street food già pronto. Il villino ove è ubicato l'appartamento è ottimamente collegato con tutti i mezzi pubblici. La stazione centrale di Rimini dista 900 metri a piedi, la fermata dell'autobus della linea 11 Rimini-Riccione è a soli 100 metri (bus stop 12 Kennedy), qui ci sono anche le navette per la fiera ed il palacongressi. A breve entrerà in funzione anche la metropolitana di costa la cui fermata Kennedy sarà a circa 200 metri. L'automobile si può parcheggiare nelle vie adiacenti (spazi bianchi e blu); esistono inoltre due parcheggi a pagamento, uno sotterraneo e custodito a circa 100 metri dal villino (costo indicativo 12€ giorno) ed uno all'aperto a circa 500 metri (costo indicativo 5€ giorno); se di vostro interesse ve li posso prenotare direttamente io. Il mio consiglio comunque una volta arrivati è di muoversi in bicicletta (che vi posso fornire gratuitamente) perchè è il modo più salutare e bello per godersi le spiaggie e la città. Disponibili biciclette per girare la città e posto auto!

La Villa Bella è una casa sul mare con 2 discese al mare. Villa di circa 2000 mq di giardino immersa nel verde della tipica macchia mediterranea, presenta voluminose terrazze 280 mq, dove si può prendere il sole o ammirare i bellissimi tramonti che si stagliano sul mare. Di fronte alla casa, c'è una spiaggia rocciosa attrezzata con lettini e ombrelloni dove si può godere del bellissimo mare turchese in piena libertà. La spiaggia di sabbia dista solo 350 m ed è raggiungibile a piedi dopo una breve passeggiata. All'interno, la casa offre tutti i comfort come Wi-Fi, aria condizionata, angoli unici da cui si può ammirare il mare attraverso finestre che incorniciano il paesaggio come un quadro. Le zone di notte sono molto raffinate ed elegante : suite padronale un spazio multifunzionale composta da camera da letto, angolo di lettura, cabina armadio, bagno padronale, un altra camera da letto abbinata con una stanza per bambini e bagno privato, la terza camera matrimoniale con bagno privato con ingresso indipendente ed un dependance per gli ospiti composto da soggiorno con zona cucina, camera da letto matrimoniale ed un bagno.
