Presenti riscaldamento e aria condizionata. A 10 minuti da Pompei e a 20 minuti da Sorrento e da Napoli. È strategico per visitare i luoghi del golfo di Napoli, della penisola Sorrentina, della costa d’Amalfi, come Positano. Parcheggio privato h24 convenzionato a lato alla struttura. Living con cucina e divano letto, con balcone molto panoramico da cui ammirare il tramonto nel golfo di Napoli. La cucina è completa: forno elettrico, forno a microonde, fornelli a gas, frigorifero e macchina per il caffè Nespresso. È presente anche la lavatrice, per rendere più confortevole il tuo soggiorno. È presente una camera da letto principale con letto matrimoniale e cameretta con due letti a castello per adulti, di dimensioni 90x200cm, oltre al divano letto nel living. Tutti gli infissi nuovi sono stati sostituiti e montati a febbraio 2024 Aria condizionata presente nel living e in camera da letto. L'appartamento ha dimensioni adeguate per essere rinfrescato in tutti gli ambienti in circa 5 minuti. Termosifoni presenti in ogni camera per il confort dei turisti che preferiscono visitare il nostro territorio d'inverno. L’affitto si intende per l’intero appartamento. Gli ospiti non dovranno dividerlo con nessuno. Durante il soggiorno, o anche prima, se gli ospiti vorranno, sono a disposizione per aiutarli a pianificare le escursioni e per consigliare cosa vedere e nel miglior modo possibile. Avere qualche consiglio per ottimizzare tempi e spostamenti o anche qualche consiglio su dove mangiar bene è sempre una cosa utile! L'appartamento è a 400 metri dall'inizio della villa comunale di Castellammare di Stabia, il Lungomare, dove si concentrano buona parte dei bar, ristoranti e locali della città. la breve distanza garantisce tranquillità e facilità di parcheggio, ma allo stesso tempo consente di essere al centro in meno in 5 minuti a piedi esatti. Il valore aggiunto di avere la spiaggia (una delle pochissime ancora pubbliche in zona) di sabbia nera vulcanica letteralmente all'ingresso dell'alloggio è un plus impagabile. La presenza della strada, a chi non è abituato ai rumori cittadini di una città viva come Castellammare di Stabia, potrebbe far risultare l'appartamento rumoso. Purtroppo la tranquillità in italia si ha solo in campagna, in montagna o in zone estremamente isolate. Per questo motivo, per aumentare il confort degli ospiti, a febbraio 2024 sono stati sostituiti tutti gli infissi con degli infissi nuovi, tutti a doppio vetro, molto più performanti, sia in termini di gestione del rumore che della temperatura. Siamo un popolo rumoroso! :) Proprio davanti alla struttura c'è la fermata dell'autobus cittadino che porta fino alla stazione dei treni. Purtroppo come tutti i mezzi pubblici in Italia non hanno molta puntualità. Resto dell'idea, personalmente, che il modo migliore per visitare queste zone sia l'auto, che ti concede libertà di movimento e possibilità di gestire meglio i tempi morti dell'attesa dei mezzi pubblici. Il parcheggio è pubblico e gratuito in strada, e proprio a fianco alla struttura un parcheggio privato convenzionato da 80 posti rende l'operazione di parcheggio semplicissima. Per le leggi vigenti in Italia, per gli ospiti al loro arrivo è necessario presentare i documenti d’identità di ogni occupante, per la registrazione sul portale della Polizia di Stato, e la firma di un contratto scritto.
