During fishing season, you can buy fresh catch in the beach front patio where there is also casa ran by my relatives at nighttime or at dawn. Only the room allocated to the guest and beachfront patio in front of Triple N Homestay can be use by the guest. Getting to our property and Brgy. Malabrigo in general is more convenient now that public transportation is already available. The villa has three large bedrooms all over 40 sqm with ensuite, air conditioners, ceiling fans, hot water, separate shower cubicles, bidet and a bath tub. The family suite can take up to 4 persons, ideally a family. The villa has an inner courtyard, an entertainment and games room and a visitors wash room. Two rooms and the lounge and dining areas have a magnificent view of the pool and ocean. The luxury Villa Baan Phulay enjoys a superb location on a stretch of a very white sandy beach, in the Lipa Noi area. From the very first moment you will be impressed by the incredible attention to details, present in every corner of the villa. A stunning view in an idyllic scenario: the sea, the many and beautiful gardens, stone pathways, ponds, water features and plants typical of the area. Every single detail is carefully chosen. Close to the entrance door, on the left, there is the staff accommodation area, while on the right, there is the private parking of the villa, with 2-3 car parking spaces. In front of them there is the alley which takes you to the swimming pool and to the beach. On the left and right side of the alley there are two-storeyed buildings that create an open central aisle from which you can enjoy the sea view. The first pavilion on the left offers on the ground floor, a wide TV room with couches, and fine fittings. The TV with plasma screen, which is in the middle of the room and PC are available.
