La casa è situata nel centro di Cefalù, a poca distanza dal lungomare e dalle sue bellissime e limpide spiagge. Il centro storico è caratterizzato da un versante roccioso, che si conclude nel vecchio porto dove tuttora vengono ormeggiate le barche dei pescatori. Tra le bellezze architettoniche si contano la bellissima Cattedrale di Cefalù, tra le più famose della Sicilia, e il Museo Mandralisca.
