È possibile raggiungere il mare ed il centro a piedi, ma per godere appieno delle bellezze naturali offerte dal circondario, è assolutamente consigliato l'uso di una auto. La villa si trova a soli 200 dal centro di costa paradiso ove sono situati tutti i servizi essenziali (Bar, Ristorante, Pescheria, Pizzeria, Farmacia, Market etc.) ed a 400 metri dal mare, disporrete quindi di tutte le comodità richieste per una serena vacanza. Il mare dista circa 400 metri in linea d'aria e comprende sia una bellissima spiaggia sabbiosa, alcune calette e insenature rocciose contraddistinte dall'acqua cristallina e da un punto di approdo ove è possibile noleggiare imbarcazioni. NB: le pulizie sono da pagare in struttura al costo di 150€ all’arrivo più 50€ di biancheria. La piscina standard 4x2 e la piscina idromassaggio rotonda sono disponibili ma l’acqua è fredda.
