Willkommen in unserem zauberhaften Fachwerk-Ferienhaus in Mönkebude – einem wahren Paradies an der Haffküste! Direkt am Ufer gelegen, bietet unsere Unterkunft einen herrlichen Ausblick aufs Wasser und liegt nur einen Katzensprung vom Strand und dem malerischen Hafen von Mönkebude entfernt. Unser Fachwerkhaus strahlt mit seinem charmanten Balkon eine gemütliche Atmosphäre aus und ist voll ausgestattet,damit du dich hier wie zu Hause fühlen kannst, während du deinen wohlverdienten Urlaub genießt.

un luogo rilassante, silenzioso, immerso nella natura e a picco sul mare. Il nido sul mare si affaccia direttamente sul mare con una vista unica e incredibile tanto da sembrare di essere in barca. Dal bellissimo terrazzo al piano di circa 45 mq arredato e confortevole dotato di tende da sole, lettino, divanetti e tavolo da pranzo si può ammirare un panorama davvero unico. L’appartamento, di circa 50 mq, è stato completamente ristrutturato ed è composto da una camera da letto e una cucina abitabile con divano. Il bagno ha un'ampia doccia ed è in stile marinaresco come il resto della casa. Gli arredi e i suppellettili sono nuovi e creano un ambiente accogliente e rilassante. Completa il luogo un giardinetto di macchia mediterranea con un barbecue costruito in pietra che verrà rimodernato a breve. La casa è immersa nel verde in una zona silenziosa. Una scaletta privata conduce direttamente al mare e alla spiaggetta sottostante in sassi. C’è anche un piccolo posto auto dove parcheggiare. la casa è tutta a vostra disposizione Durante il vostro soggiorno sarò a vostra disposizione telefonicamente. il nido sul mare si trova in un complesso di 6 appartamenti e si affaccia direttamente sul mare senza strade o altro che possa disturbare la vista a 180 gradi sul golfo di Moneglia e sul mare aperto e al riparo da rumori molesti. La zona è pedonale ed è immersa nel verde e nel silenzio. Percorrendo circa 40 metri nel verde attraverso una stradina si raggiunge una strada privata senza uscita dove è situato il posto auto e che porta al paese. Nelle vicinanze un ristorante a pochi passi e uno stabilimento balneare. zona da visitare a piedi, consiglio di parcheggiare l'auto nel posto auto privato a voi riservato vicino all'abitazione e muoversi a piedi sia per raggiungere le spiagge che il bel paese di Moneglia. La spiaggia sassosa è raggiungibile direttamente attraverso una scaletta privata ad uso del piccolo complesso in cui è inserito l'appartamento direttamente da casa. Le altre spiagge sabbiose o rocciose sono invece raggiungibili facilmente a piedi dalla strada principale. In soli 20 minuti di treno poi si raggiungono le 5 Terre! SI RICORDA CHE È NECESSARIO VERSARE UNA TASSA DI SOGGIORNO DI 1 EURO AL GIORNO PERSONA per accedere alla casa è necessario percorrere una stradella di circa 40 mt con gradini nel verde. Non ci sono fornelli o apparecchi che funzionano a gas pertanto non è necessario il rilevatore di monossido di carbonio. Tutte le apparecchiature sono elettriche. Vi chiediamo di prendervi cura della casa e degli oggetti in essa contenuti, portare via la pattumiera alla vostra partenza e riporre i cuscini del terrazzo in casa se dovesse piovere.
