Ideal in der Mitte Deutschlands am Kirchheimer Dreieck wo sich die A5 und die A7 treffen. Ca. 5 km von Kirchheim entfernt gruppieren sich die Ferienhäuser in vier Dörfern malerisch um einen Stausee. Dein Ferienhaus liegt am Hang, ca 200m vom See entfernt. So hast du jederzeit von der Südterrasse oder Balkon einen wundervollen Blick über den See. Innen ist es perfekt aufgeteilt. Im Erdgeschoss liegt das lichtdurchflutete Wohnzimmer mit großem Sofa, Kaminofen, TV mit DVD Player und einem großen Esstisch der sich auch für Spieleabende mit deiner Familie und Freunden anbietet. Im Zwischengeschoss findest du neben einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, ein Duschbad mit Tageslicht sowie ein separates WC. Hier befindet sich auch das erste Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Im Dachgeschoss befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer (eins mit Doppelbett, das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten). Von jedem der Schlafzimmer hast du einen direkten Zugang zum Südbalkon. Außerdem hat jedes der beiden Zimmer noch ein Waschbecken, so dass es sich morgens nicht schon im Bad staut. In deinem gesamten Ferienhaus ist WLAN zum Surfen und Mailen kostenfrei verfügbar. Im Garten kannst du bei schönem Wetter grillen oder einfach die Sonne genießen. Gartenstühle und ein Holzkohlegrill warten auf dich und deine Freunde. Eine Essecke und ein grosszuegiger Wohnbereich mit Ausgang auf die Terrasse befindet sich im EG, ebenso wie das Gaeste-WC. Das Wohnzimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem moderner Flat-TV mit Sat-Empfang, Bluerayplayer mit Bluetooth-Funkion und diversen DVD-Filmen und Gesellschaftsspielen. Fuer die Kleinsten halten wir einen Hochstuhl bereit. Im 1 OG ist das Duschbad und zwei Schlafzimmer. Eins davon mit modernen Sat-TV. Ein Babyreisebett ist vor Ort. Das Haus bietet kostenloses W-LAN. The beautiful and traditional 40 m2 summer cottage near the blue lake offers you and your family a natural and peaceful holiday. The cottage comfortably accommodates 2 adults and 2 children. EQUIPMENT The cottage has electric heating and a fireplace that provides a comfortable atmosphere and extra warmth. The cottage also has functional wifi. BEDROOMS There are two bedrooms in the cottage. One has a 160 cm wide double bed and the other has a 80 cm bunk bed. If you need bed linen and towels, you can rent them separately from us at 10 e / person / stay KITCHEN AND BBQ The kitchen has cooking utensils, a dining table and tableware for 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer. There is also an open fire next to the cottage, for example, for sausage cooking.
